Sidwell volleyball beat Wilson in an impressive match. While Wilson put up a valiant fight, they unfortunately still lost all 3 games. Sidwell was dominant from the start and seemed to quickly foil all of Wilson’s comeback plans. With the score 24-21, Junior Lyric Snowdon had an amazing spike to bring Wilson within, but Sidwell promptly responded and took the game. Even when Wilson took a two-point lead in the third game, Sidwell furiously rallied and regained the lead. Despite the loss, the Wilson team was not too disappointed. “We fought hard. It was a good game,” said Wilson captain Chloe Turner.
