The eight season saga that is “The Vampire Diaries” draws you into the world of Mystic Falls. After vampires Stefan and Damon Salvatore settle down in the small town and meet protagonist Elena Gilbert, the audience follows the dangerous challenges the characters face throughout the years. While this may not sound very fall-like, the Halloween inspired characters perfectly embody the holidays of autumn. Vampire Diaries is the perfect binge show to obsess over until you get sick of it – making it the ultimate comfort show it is.

Had to throw in this short film because who can go a Halloween season without it? This cute, 30-minute story about Charlie Brown and his friends’ adventures while trick or treating, Snoopy’s plane flying dreams, and Linus’ hope for the Great Pumpkin to appear is a must-see for all ages.
