The boys lacrosse team continued their league-game win streak with a win against Oxon Hill 12-5 this past Thursday. After Oxon Hill’s first goal with nine minutes left in the first quarter, the tigers picked it up with midfielder Chris Kearns scoring a minute later and after multiple tries, sophomore Brandon Webster scored Wilson’s second goal. In the second quarter, as the team got more comfortable with the ball, Kearns scored the first goal of the quarter with an assist by Mark Custer with 8:50 left. This was followed by two more goals by Webster. Continuing the streak in the third quarter, playing two men down, four goals were scored by Tristan Huber, Webster and Custer. To finish off the game strong, already ahead by six, three more points were scored. The tigers will travel out to Hagerstown, Maryland to play against St. James school on Tomorrow, April 27th.
